Important Information for the Basar:

Freitag ab 12.00 Uhr oder nach Absprache
Alle Aktivitäten im Schulgebäude sollten bis Freitagabend aufgebaut sein, Samstag bis 10 Uhr, danach müssen alle Fahrzeuge das Gelände verlassen haben. Kein Einlass mehr nach 10Uhr. Bitte Eltern/Lieferanten informieren.

Putting up Stalls:
Friday from 12 onwards or as arranged. All stalls inside the school building should be put up by Friday evening or Saturday until 10am, after 10am all vehicles must have left the school ground. No entry permitted after 10am!! Please inform parents/deliveries.

Aufräumen:
Samstag im Anschluß an den Basar (Zimmer muss abgeschlossen werden) oder Sonntag Vormittag 9 bis 12 Uhr. Jeder Stand ist dafür verantwortlich. Die Klassenzimmer müssen besenrein hinterlassen werden (am besten selbst Putzzeug mitbringen).

Cleaning up:
Saturday after the bazaar (rooms must be locked) or Sunday 9 till 12 noon. Each stall is responsible for cleaning up the classroom (it’s advisable to bring own cleaning equipment).

Eintritt/Entrance:
Erwachsene/Adults, Pensionäre und Studenten (über 18 Jahre) R 20
Helfer, Lehrer und Schüler/Kinder haben freien Eintritt

Wichtig:
Am Schulgelände und in den Klassenräumen dürfen ohne Erlaubnis keine permanenten Veränderungen vorgenommen werden (keine Löcher bohren, Nagel, etc.). Gail Bester oder Herr Machhadi müssen befragt werden.

Important:
No permanent changes are to be done to any class rooms or DSK property without consent of Gail Bester or Mr Machhadi (no drilling, no nails, etc)



Lessons on Friday before the Bazaar:
- Grades 1 to 4 will have lessons until 11:00 hrs; the after-care will take place as usual, however in a different classroom. - The AG’s will also take place.
- Grades 5 to 8 and Grade 11 have lessons until 13:20 hrs as usual.
- The Grade 9 classes have lessons until 11:00 hrs, as they have been assigned to clean up on Sunday morning from 09:00 – 12:00 hrs.
- The Grade 10 classes also have lessons until 11:00 hrs and will assist Mr Stark with preparations from 5th until the 7th lesson.
(12 and 13 Grades are no longer at school at time of Bazaar)
